Appointment Booking and Management
- Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant PSA office.
- You may reschedule or cancel an appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time via your account dashboard.
- No-shows or late cancellations may result in temporary suspension of booking privileges.
Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Notify us immediately at support@loans.psaonlineappointment.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Limitation of Liability
Loans PSA Online Appointment acts as a scheduling facilitator only. We do not provide loan approval, financial advice, or direct government services. All loan processing, eligibility determination, and disbursement are handled exclusively by authorized financial institutions or government agencies. We expressly disclaim all liability for delays, errors, or omissions arising from third-party systems or PSA office operations.
